<p>DOT FMCSA self-compliant application is designed to assist in recording driver duty status and ensuring compliance with the following regulations:</p>
<ul>
  <li>60-hour/7days or 70-hour/8days Rules</li>
  <li>34-hour week restart with the latest suspension of two periods between 1-5 am</li>
  <li>11 hours driving allowed per day</li>
  <li>14 hours on duty allowed per day</li>
  <li>Sleeper Berth provision</li>
  <li>Passenger Seat provision</li>
  <li>Personal Conveyance provision</li>
  <li>30 minutes break provision</li>
  <li>Location recording for when the vehicle’s engine is turned on and off, with additional location recording every 60 minutes if the vehicle is in motion</li>
  <li>Mobile device functionalities limited to permit duty status changes only when the vehicle is at rest</li>
  <li>The mobile device provides visual and/or audible alerts in case of malfunctions</li>
  <li>If the vehicle remains stationary for 5 minutes or longer, the mobile device will automatically default to on-duty not driving, and it is the driver's responsibility to update the status accordingly</li>
