DOT FMCSA self-compliant application is designed to assist in recording driver duty status and ensuring compliance with the following regulations:

60-hour/7days or 70-hour/8days Rules
34-hour week restart with the latest suspension of two periods between 1-5 am
11 hours driving allowed per day
14 hours on duty allowed per day
Sleeper Berth provision
Passenger Seat provision
Personal Conveyance provision
30 minutes break provision
Location recording for when the vehicle’s engine is turned on and off, with additional location recording every 60 minutes if the vehicle is in motion
Mobile device functionalities limited to permit duty status changes only when the vehicle is at rest
The mobile device provides visual and/or audible alerts in case of malfunctions
If the vehicle remains stationary for 5 minutes or longer, the mobile device will automatically default to on-duty not driving, and it is the driver's responsibility to update the status accordingly
