DOT FMCSA self-compliant application is designed to assist in recording driver duty status and ensuring compliance with the following regulations:

• 60-hour/7days or 70-hour/8days Rules
• 34-hour week restart with the latest suspension of two periods between 1-5 am
• 11 hours driving allowed per day
• 14 hours on duty allowed per day
• Sleeper Berth provision
• Passenger Seat provision
• Personal Conveyance provision
• 30 minutes break provision
• Location recording for when the vehicle’s engine is turned on and off, with additional location recording every 60 minutes if the vehicle is in motion
• Mobile device functionalities limited to permit duty status changes only when the vehicle is at rest
• The mobile device provides visual and/or audible alerts in case of malfunctions
• If the vehicle remains stationary for 5 minutes or longer, the mobile device will automatically default to on-duty not driving, and it is the driver's responsibility to update the status accordingly
